1、Steel pipes with specification of :Ф1016 x 17.5 and Ф1016 x 21 / X70 manufactured by Julong Steel Pipe Co. Ltd have passed through the product appraisal from Xi’ an Petroleum Pipe & Material Research Bureau , and the result shows that all quality indexes meet with the requirements of Technical Specification of LSAW Line Pipe for West- East Pipeline Project. On April 22th,2002, supervisors designated by West-East Pipeline Company garrisoned in Julong Steel Pipe and the total production line was put into small – batch trail production. On June 2in,2002, ISO 9000 Quality System Certification was carried out and approved by China Classification Society Quality Assurance Ltd. And the Quality System certificate was also issued. (Certificate No. 0202Q10325ROM) 2、During June 16th-17th, 2002, entrusted by National Economy and Trade Committee, experts organized by Technical Bureau of China Natural Gas & Petroleum Corporation carried out overall appraisal on the Longitudinal-seam Submerged-arc welding steel pipe nationalized project of Julong Steel Pipe Co. Ltd. And the result is: our products reach the level of the same kind abroad, and fill in the gaps in the field of manufacturing of X70 Large-diameter Longitudinal-seam Submerged-arc welding Steel Pipe in China. The Technical achievement comes up to advanced world standards.At present, our daily production capacity is 300-400 ton/day. And our daily production capacity can be increased gradually to 400-500 ton/day to the end of this year. Now we have signed supply contract with the purchaser Office of West-East Pipeline Company on July 2, 2002.
